The Miami Beach Convention Center is located in the heart of South Beach, near all that makes Miami a popular destination: beaches, shopping, nightlife and resort properties. The convention center has been the location for many historic moments, including Dr. Martin Luther King speaking at an American Lutheran Church youth convention, and the 1964 boxing match of Muhammad Ali versus Sonny Liston. Latest renovations were completed in 2018 and made the facility LEED Silver certified.
