Booth Regulations

There are many show-specific booth regulations, but for certain configurations, there are standard regulations every exhibitor should know. Review these standard booth regulations and avoid any issues on the show floor.

For a standard 10 foot depth booth, with a common back wall and borders a neighboring booth:

  • Maximum height is 8 ft
  • Sidewalls 5 ft or less from front aisle can be no more than 4 ft high
  • No hanging signs permitted
For a perimeter wall booth with a 10 foot depth, found on the perimeter walls of the exhibit floor:
  • Maximum height is 12 ft
  • Sidewalls 5 ft or less from front aisle can be no more than 4 ft high
  • No hanging signs permitted
For a peninsula booth (any exhibit 20x20 or larger and has aisles on 3 sides):
  • Exterior of the back wall must be plainly finished (no logos or images)
  • Hanging signs are permitted
For an island booth (any exhibit 20x20 or larger and has aisles on all sides):
  • No limitation on the number of solid walls
  • Hanging signs are permitted
