Daily Herald Suburban Business 2023 Best Places – Ion Exhibits

The Daily Herald Suburban Business has announced the names of 57 companies, in 6 categories of competition, that are honored as the 2023 Best Places to Work in Illinois.

Best Places to Work in Illinois 2023This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The 2023 Best Places to Work in Illinois list is comprised of 36 companies in the small employer size (15-99 U.S. employees), 15 companies in the medium-sized list (100-499 U.S. employees), and 6 companies in the large-category (over 500 employees). In addition, the top companies recognized as the best place to work for women, millennials, and Hispanics have been announced.

coordinated by The Daily Herald Media Group and sponsored by Shaker Recruitment Marketing and Signature Bank. Marketing Partners included: GOA Regional Business Association and Illinois Chamber of Commerce.

Ion Exhibits - Best Places to WorkYou can view event coverage and rankings on Sunday, May 14th. Additionally, a special event supplement will be published on June 25 with category rankings and select company profiles, and distributed to subscribers of the Daily Herald and available online at dailyherald.com.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Illinois. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
