FACILITY TOUR FAQS
Is there a cost to visit?
No. Facility tours are free and there’s no obligation to move forward with a project afterward.
Do I need to already be working with a rep?
No. You’re welcome to book directly. If you’re already in touch with someone at Ion, it’s often easiest to loop them in so they can meet you here.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Bring anyone who’ll be involved in the decision, marketing, ops, or leadership. Just let us know headcount ahead of time so we can plan for the group.
What if we're evaluating other vendors too?
That’s normal, and expected. Most visitors are comparing a short list of vendors before making a final call.
Will we see actual client work in progress?
Yes, whatever is on the floor that day. We’ll keep any confidential client details covered, but you’ll see real builds at real stages, not a staged showroom.
Can we reschedule if something comes up?
Of course. Just use the link in your confirmation email or reply to reschedule, no penalty.
