Nielsen is a global leader in audience measurement, data and analytics. The marketing leadership team approached Ion Exhibits in needing a different creative approach, improved customer support, and a better knowledge of Nielsen's trade show program and yearly conferences.
How We Solved It
Through a collaborative discovery approach with Ion's Creative and Account Management teams, Ion was able to listen and understand Nielsen's vision of what their leadership objectives where. With Ion's consultative approach, the team conceptualized Nielsen's multiple trade show's throughout each year in advance, along with it's annual conference. Identifying key areas of improvements that Ion executed.
- Providing a dedicated support team, including a Creative Designer, Client Experience Executive, Account Manager and Account Coordinator. Ion's support team's are result driven by collaborating, planning and executing each event throughout the year.
- Bringing the latest in creative approaches to events with proper Discovery Meetings, and understanding the objectives of the event.

- Bring more high-tech interactive experiences to the show, including the latest in LEDskin video wall technologies and smart interactive touchscreens.
