CHICAGO, IL - Ion Exhibits Donates 10,000 Face Shields To Chicago Public Schools
Ion Exhibits, a leading trade show exhibit manufacturer in Chicago, has donated 10,000 face shields to Chicago Public Schools (CPS) during the 2021 year-end holidays, ensuring teachers, students and staff have face coverings needed for a safe upcoming school year. The donation of re-usable face shields, designed and manufactured at Ion Exhibits, will provide critical resources that will help supplement CPS existing PPE inventory.
"As a Chicago trade show exhibit company in the convention industry that has been deeply effected by the pandemic, we think it's critical to help our local neighbors stop the spread of COVID-19" said President and CEO of Ion Exhibits, Kevin Fett. "Our team has provided face masks and face shields to our local Chicago communities for the last two years, so providing the remaining supplies of face shields to CPS made great sense to help safeguard all those within the school district."
