Kevin Fett

President & CEO

A trade show industry vet, Kevin brings over 20 years of insight to Ion. Since arriving in 2001, Kevin is committed to making sure that every project succeeds no matter the size or scope. Building and leading a team of all-stars is his passion. Kevin is also President Emeritus and Board Member of the EDPA Midwest Association.
Roxane Fett

General Manager & COO

Roxane brings over 25 years of senior-level business management experience to Ion Exhibits. As an established senior executive, Roxane has led general management and major business initiatives for several Fortune 500 companies in her career and is bringing that success to Ion.
Tracey O’Connor

Operations Manager

With over 20 years in the industry, Tracey leads Ion's team to ensure the expectations and needs of our clients. Tracey's passion is striving to make every client experience a successful journey and works diligently to ensure that each and every event is a success.
Eric Montanez

Engineering & Fabrication Manager

Eric has been a mechanical engineer for his entire career, and brings that passion to Ion as a leader of the Engineering and Fabrication teams. Every detail of each structural build is planned and executed by our dedicated staff of builders.
Becky Rovik

Graphic Production Manager

Becky brings a rare talent of graphic fabrication production. She has been a sewing and design professional for over 15 years, bringing an in-depth knowledge and experience in graphics and finishing. She leads a graphics production department using the latest in industry equipment.
Karl O'Reilly

Creative Manager

Karl is an accomplished designer and creative manager for nearly 20 years. As the head of Ion's Design team, Karl is driven to make the client's dream become reality. Always striving to deliver unique and original ideas, Karl and the team are experts in creating artistic magic.
Coreen Mogavero

HR/Office Manager

Coreen is an established human resource and office management professional, bringing a wealth of HR policy and office procedure experience to the ever expanding team at Ion Exhibits. Coreen oversees the management of the accounting and administration teams at Ion.
